T-Gallery invites Slovak and international professional artists (including students of art schools in their final years of study) working in all media and disciplines to submit proposals for a site specific project in the T-Gallery space called « the tunnel ».

The « tunnel » opened its (doors) wall to the public on the 30th of September 2011 with the screening of animations by Ové Pictures. It then served as a projection room for the presentation of works by Géza Németh and Daniela Olejníková in October. The first site specific project in the tunnel is the animation by Eveliina Hämäläinen created specially for this space.

There are no limits regarding the media or form of presentation. The submitted project should include the project’s detailed description, images or visuals where applicable, a list of materials needed for the creation and installation of the project, a detailed budget estimation and the artist’s CV with his/her contact information.

Important dates:

Deadline for submitting proposals is the 4th of March 2012. The results will be published on the T-Gallery website (www.tgallery.sk) on the 2nd of April 2012.
The exhibition will take place in June 2012. The maximum duration of the exhibition is 5 weeks depending on the durability of the materials used.
